ITINERARY:

Day 1: ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU
Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu, where you will be given a warm welcome and then taken to your hotel. Our guide will briefly explain the program upon your arrival at the hotel.

Day 2: DRIVE FROM KATHMANDU TO NAGARKOT
After a welcome breakfast, we will take you for a half day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Valley; Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most important Hindu temple in Nepal. We keep going for walk to see the huge stupa of Buddha, also known as Bodhanath, the largest stupa in Nepal. Afterwards, taking a ride to Bhaktapur, a fascinating town, visit Bhaktapur's Dubar Square featuring the Victorian illustration-style temples and temple complex. Then you will be driven to Nagarkot where you stay overnight in a hotel.

Day 3: DRIVE FROM NAGARKOT TO KATHMANDU
After breakfast, we return to Kathmandu and keep half the day valley sight-seeing with Kathmandu Durbar Square, the place of the Malla and then the Shah Kings of Nepal, visit to Kumari Temple, house of the virgin goddess, visit to Swoyambhunath, a stupa on the top of hill - from here you can see the scenery of entire Kathmandu Valley. Enjoy yourself on Rickshaw ride to have a Typical Nepalese Dinner at a local restaurant in Thamel before getting back to the hotel.

Day 4: DRIVE TO CHITWAN
After breakfast, we travel overland from Kathmandu to Royal Chitwan National Park. We let you experience a lot of Safari activities; jungle walks, canoeing, 4WD safaris and so on. Once the night sets in, we entertain you with cultural performances including bonfire before going to bed.

Day 5: FULL DAY JUNGLE ACTIVITIES IN CHITWAN
After having breakfast, you get to languish in the delights of a day filled with safari activities in Royal Chitwan national Park - if you are lucky, you will see many amazing creatures; rhinoceroses, Chitwan's royal Bengal tigers, leopards, monkeys, many types of deer and reptiles. Check your camera gear - preferably with a telephoto lens and you will not miss any shot. Stay overnight at the resort.

Day 6: DRIVE FROM CHITWAN TO LUMBINI
After breakfast, we travel overland from Chitwan to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, which has been revered as aplace of holy pilgrimage. Lumbini has been included as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. If the time permits, we take you to visit Manakamana Temple, believed to be the wish fulfilling goddess – the journey made by cable car.

Upon arrival in Lumbini, we take you to the hotel, check-in and then we go on a walk through the Sacred Lumbini Garden where Buddha was born, it converges on the Ashoka pillar, then we visit the Maya Devi Temple with its bas-relief sculpture depicting Maya Devi holding on with her right hand to a branch of pipal tree and giving birth to the infant Buddha who stood up on a lotus pedestal.

Day 7: FULL DAY IN LUMBINI
After breakfast, we begin the trip by driving away, 27km west of Lumbini to visit the important archaeological site, Tilaurkot, the ancient palace of King Suddodha (Siddhartha Gautam's father), where Buddha spent his formative years as a Shakya Prince. Allow yourself a moment to wander around and soak in the atmosphere. There's a museum nearby, The Kapilvastu Museum where pottery, jewelry and ornaments are gathered in-house. End up the remarkable tour in Tilaurkot by visiting the shrines, monasteries and stupa near the sacred garden.

Day 8: DRIVE TO POKHARA
After breakfast, we leave Lumbini by road to our next destination. Check-in at hotel, rest of the day is at your own leisure.

Day 9: FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING TOUR IN POKHARA VALLEY
Early morning drive to Sarangkot (nice spot for the sunrise as well as sunset and great Himalayan panorama.), after visiting sarangkot will back to Pokhara, we have breakfast at Pokhara hotel.

After breakfast we will spend the banks of Phewa Lake- you can admire the stunning view of the Fish Tail's Peak reflected in the silver surface of the water. You can also see the wonderful Annapurna panorama forming a superb backdrop to Pokhara from the lake. Aside from Phewa Lake, we keep visiting the Seti River gorge - one of the best places to see. You will have an opportunity to visit the limestone cave of Mahendra Gufa, used to be well-known for its stalactites.

Day 10: DRIVE TO KATHMANDU
After breakfast, we leave Pokhara by road to Kathamdnu (6-7 hours), the bus will drop you to the near Thamel. Check-in at hotel, rest of the day is at your own leisure.

Day 11: FINAL DEPARTURE BACK HOME OR TO NEXT DESTINATION
After breakfast, rest of day is at leisure until we pick you up at the hotel and then take to airport for your next stop.
